An overview of what K-Prep Logistics provides and the key rules we operate by.
1. Scope of service
K-Prep Logistics provides fulfillment services such as receiving and inspecting eligible products, neutral repacking, creating shipping labels, and sharing tracking details. Add-on services are billed according to our published rates.
2. Opening balance
A $300 opening balance is required for each customer account. Shipping and service fees are deducted from this balance. If the balance falls below $50, new shipments may be put on hold. The procedure for refunding any remaining amount and closing the account must be set out separately in writing.
3. Creating orders and package matching
For each order, the seller creates the order in the dashboard before buying from the supplier and uses the ship-to address provided there (order code on the recipient line, suite code on the address line). Packages with missing or incorrect codes may take longer to match.
4. Processing and delivery times
We aim to prepare packages that arrive in good condition with complete information by the next business day. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Seller responsibilities
The seller is responsible for the product's legal compliance, accurate product and customs declarations, true value, and correct recipient details. Counterfeit goods and prohibited categories are not accepted. Required manufacturer labels are never removed.
6. Prices and taxes
All prices are in USD, follow our published rates, and may change. For international DDP shipments, duties and VAT/GST are not included in the base rates shown and are billed separately at actual cost.
